The order was not received within the time it was promised with no explanation as to why. When I called to inquire about it, the person I spoke to was very unprofessional in her manner and carried on a personal conversation the entire time she was looking up my order. After putting me on hold to call the manufacturer, she came back to tell me that the order would be sent out sometime next week and I could call back to check on it. Customer service obviously does not rank very high on their priority list.

Hi,
I had a very peasant experience. The only problem I had was the crystal knobs that I ordered were on the website under several different order numbers with the same description. It was unclear what the difference was. I ordered the knobs M993. Why is this? Otherwise, everything was great!

I had a very satisfactory experience on the Home Annex on line store.

I had been researching kitchen products on various websites and found Home Annex to have the best selection, price and shipping options. I found a pot filler on the Home Annex site. There was a variety of pot filler options at various price points.

When I decided to purchase the product, the ordering process on line was very easy to understand and execute.

The order was quickly acknowledged and was fulfilled within 10 days. The product arrived in excellent condition.

PLEASE never use this website. i ordered three ceiling light fixtures. they were very poor quality but cost more that $100 each. they didn't even come close to the listed description or the photo. what's more (and worse) the return process took me over five months! i still haven't officially received the money back at this point. i emailed their "customer service department several times. i had all but given up on ever receiving a credit back even after i went to all extents to follow their awful return policy and get the goods back to them ASAP. seriously, PLEASE don't use this website. no matter how many products they offer, none of it is worth it. if i could rate in the negatives i would rate -10.

The item I ordered arrived rather quickly, but in the wrong finish. No big deal; I'll exchange it for the correct finish, or so I thought. I completed their on-line request/exchange form and received an automated response that I would receive a within 7-10 days. It took 3 months of repeated phone calls before they picked-up the item, and another 3 weeks. before I recd. the item in the correct finish. The the customer service representatives are not very knowledgeable. The return department representative was unprofessional, gave me a different story every time I called, denied receiving my e-mails even though I simply replied to two e-mails she sent me, and denied receiving several voice mail messages I left. Go figure. Don't waste your precious time, shop elsewhere.

I found very easy Home Annex site to shop at with lots of different products / brands. The prices and discounts I found at Home Annex were so good that I was afraid of the quality of the items... But when I got them I was pleasantly surprised....Everything was beautiful and has very good quality! And no shipping charges!! Definitely I will shop again soon!

Easy to find the items I was looking for and they were delivered quickly and accurately. My only problem with this store is the handling charge on every order, which negates their claim of free shipping.

Ordered last month and still have not received cabinet pulls. After three weeks of not receiving cabinet pulls, called and was told the order would be delayed another 10 days due to a supplier problem. I received a tracking number but only after I called. I would have prefered if this company had informed me of the shipping delay without me having to call. Still waiting for my cabinet pulls.
