I ordered a laptop battery for my son. It was shipped to a different address than my home address. Because the shipping was free, tracking is not available. Due to his work schedule, my son is difficult to contact. Soooooooo, I have no idea about the following: whether the battery has been delivered; the condition of the package and battery; how quickly the battery was delivered (if in fact it's been delivered); or whether the correct battery has been delivered. I understand not supplying tracking info when the shipping is free but do expect to find out online when the package was delivered. I'm not able to answer most of the questions in this survey because I simply don't know. Would I use this merchant again to make a similar purchase? My response is a CONDITIONAL yes. I need the answers to all of these questions.

I ordered at camcorder battery per my owners manual serial number. However, I received the wrong battery. I contacted ebatts via e-mail and got a prompt response and RMA# for return of the wrong battery. I'm sending it back today. Great company and service!! I will order from them again!

A programming error in their software kept me from accessing my account to get information about my purchase an hour later, though it said I could.
They did not specify how it was shipped, (USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc) or where it was shipped from.
They sold at a good price and shipped quickly but weren't supportive after the sale.
