I never received confirmation of my order or any information on shipping date or tracking number. I had to call the customer service number to verify that my order had been processed. There was no way to track if the shipment was on time, but the customer service rep was able to give me an estimated delivery date.

As i stated in an email when i received the wrong product, I'm not sure if it was my fault or not, but I thought I was looking up the right product and when I received it I found out I was not. The way I originally searched was by the actual battery I had; in sme way I ended up with the wrong battery. When I discovered I could search by my actual product - my camera - then I found the right one and it is good. If I could retrace my steps exactly, I know I could pinpoint the fault but at this point all I can suggest is to make it more obvious to start with the product instead of just searching. That is the route I will take next time.
Oh - and so far I don't believe I have been credited for my return which I do know has been received.

Nothing but praise, I called to inquire of product and rep was very helpful. Upon ordering recieved confirmation via e-mail on status of shipment and date should be recieved which was on 1/22, I recieved product on 1/23 couldnt ask for anything more. The battery that was sent to me was the wrong size. I e-mailed a request to cancel the order and return the battery. I was told that I would recieve an e-mail telling me how to return the battery - it never arrived, so next I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes - never spoke with a real person - left a message to contact me re: procedure for returning the battery - nothing to date.
