Only coment was that the original battery I was replacing was 4.8volt 800 mmh?. The replacement was 4.8volt 700mmh?. I wish that mmh would have been listed on the website. I assume that is fine but I do not know enough to say this will be or not be a problem. It works fine and takes a charge but the difference should have been pointed out.

The eBatts website was VERY misleading. I thought I would be purchasing a Panasonic brand battery, and did not know that it was a generic brand until it arrived. There was nothing on the website to indicate it was not the name brand. I have chosen to give it a chance and will track its performance. If it lasts I will order again, as I have several of the same phone. If not, I will not do business with eBatts again.

The website showed shipment was made on Dec 11, 2006 but didn't provide any tracking info. Received the SD card on Dec. 20, 2006 thru UPS so there should have been a tracking number given and that was an exceptionally long shipping time. I'll chalk up this delay to the Christmas season.

They apparently do not stoct or have good access to items they advertise and do not let the customer know the expected or in their case unexpected delivery date. I cancelledc the order when it became apparent they hsd no control over the delivery of the item.
