Wouldn't respond to my inquiries about when delivery would be made. Repeated delays. Should have just told me up front that it was not in stock, if that's the issue (I still don't know).

PART THAT WAS ORDERED DID NOT FIT MY DEVICE AS EXPECTED. I E-MAILED SELLER AND ASKED FOR REMEDY BUT SELLER HAS NOT RESPONDED AS OF 4 DAYS SINCE MY INQUIRY. SO FAR THERE IS NO SERVICE OR SUPPORT.

Wrong batteries arrived after being told by phone that they were in stock and would be sent. After long delay in trying to call back was told that batteries I recieved were the only ones thay had for my model. I have returned them for refund. Yesterday I drove 30 miles to a Skil service center and obtained the correct batteries.

They apparently have a problemwith on line credit cards and asked for photo copies of both sides of my drivers license and both sides of my credit card. I cancelled the order, and then tried resubmitting it two days later and had the same automatic response asking for "ID verification" I was unwilling to fax an unknown vendor that information, cancelled my order with them and placed an order with another vendor

I ordered my battery on 10/5/06. Today is 10/14/06. I have received 1 eMail stating there was a problem shipping my battery and that it would be shipped on 10/12/06. Thats an entire week after I ordered the battery. This is unacceptable. When I order my battery over the internet I realized it would take 4 or 5 days to get here. But 9 days later and I still don't have my battery? Unacceptable.

The battery had half the milliamperage of the original battery. The ad says nothing about the ma rating so there was no way to know in advance. The battery came from China, land of the scam. You need to let people know of this scam.

The battery was listed as in stock for imediate shipment It has been 10 days and the ship date has now been posponed until 1/5. Two weeks for an instock item is not acceptable. I purchase and sell on the internet on a regular basis. This is the worst I have incountered to date.

Placed order on day 1 and received estimated ship date for 6 business days later. On that date, it was pushed back another 2 days, so I emailed in to check on it. Via email they informed me that it would yet another two days. I needed the camcorder battery for a vacation, so I canceled the order and bought it locally.

On the day I ordered the batteries, they were shown as "in stock". After not receiving my batteries on time, I returned to the website to check on the shipping progress, and there wasn't any way to find out. But I did notice that the product I ordered was shown as "will be shipped, when they are received". I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication, and the change in status AFTER I placed the order. I will not shop here again...
