I wish I had read the fine print before ordering from this site. First of all, the merchant promised same day shipping and did not ship for 6 days. The item was not of the quality that I expected - not the merchant's fault. Order tracking was promised but they were unable to track my item, even after I called. But the nightmare came when I tried to return the item. Out of nowhere I was told that there would be a 20% restocking fee. I asked that it would be waived and was told no, because the item would have to be sold as used (??). This merchant sells no used or refurbished items on its site, and I literally only took it out of the box and put it back!! None of the customer service reps would tell me their names, and one of them hung up on me, requiring me to call back.

After I had already shipped it back, I called to verify that it was received, and was told 1) that they hadn't received it yet and 2) if they didn't receive it within 10 days of the RMA issue that I would get no money back. I was pretty shocked by that. Fortunately they received it the next day, but they credited only 2/3 of the charge to my account. This is because they decided to charge shipping against the return. They pointed me to the fine print saying that free shipping might be charged on a return, but nobody told me this when I had first called about returning the item. Very unprofessional. So by the time this nightmare was over I had paid these people $50 for NOTHING, PLUS the cost of shipping it back to them. I have a feeling they'll be selling the item new to someone else. These are NOT consumer friendly policies. There are much better sites out there - find one of those. AVOID THIS ONE!!!
