DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT!!!! they will sure take no responsability for their mistakes and will not credit back for merchandise never recived!.,....I now have to dispute charges with the credit card company......THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ADN MR> TAWIL IS A LIAR>.....the order was wrong. they lied about the year that the car seat was made....and they ignore you.

Had to threaten to call the Attorney General of NY State, Mastercard, Better Business Bureau & threaten to report to Yahoo to obtain a refund after three weeks for an item that was charged to my card yet never arrived. Constant run around despite 3 calls & being on hold to customer service- which was a real research project in itself. Do not do business with this company, can't say it strongly enough. Just seem to be a loose network of drop shippers with poor communication.

I sent emails back to them with clear instructions what not to send me under any circumstances they agreed. I returned the defective trumpet then they sent me another defective model. Said they would refund my money but I'd have to pay their shipping & handling costs $30 plus approx $17 of my own money to ship it back. <br> <br> Company is selling Trumpets which have outside lacquer <br> inside valve chambers to unsuspecting students who don't <br> know any better. They say the reason the outside lacquer is inside the valve chambers is for looks which is <br> absurd. <br> <br> Ebay now knows this is happening & does nothing they claim they are a neutral 3rd party.

We ordered a nautical clock from this company. After months we were informed that the clock was no longer available and we'd get a full refund. That was two months ago and after numerous phone calls we have still not received a penny of the $500.00 plus we spend on this item. They seem absolutely indifferent to our requests and make comments like "Yeah, we'll I'll leave a note on bookkeeping's desk." <br> <br> Do business elsewhere.

STAY AWAY! Been in this business for 30 years. Bought a RAID enclosure and it was/is defective. <br> <br> I was told by "RAD" that I was an idiot and that I shouldn't be using what I don't know about. His opinion is that everyone that doesn't know how to use his "products" (99% of which are available elsewhere)are idiots and he'd rather not have them as customers. <br> <br> I had to send the unit back and I don't expect to see it - or the money - again. <br> <br> Buy here AT YOUR OWN RISK!

this is the worst piece of crap I ever bought. there is no human possible way to fold it up and cram it into that miniscule little zippered holder they provide to store it in. my husband works out and is VERY strong Ive had 5 strong men we know try folding it up according to the directions to a T. NO ONE can fold this thing and get it into the zippered bag. the manfacturer is a cruel entity. its too late to get my money back but be warned. IT simply cannot be done.

THEY LIED. I called and specificaly told them I needed a $5000 camera for next day delivery. They told me they had it in stock. I paid $300 Next day delivery charge and did not get it. After putting me on hold forever the guy tells me that the item has not been shipped and that they don't have it in stock.

got ripped off 1700$, and paypal refused to disclose seller information. ebay is good for small buys under $150, but too risky for larger amount.

Initially 990 Nikon would not zoom. Sent back, Will not allow me to return it. Returned anyway. They now have my $250, camera, and wanting $70 more before returning. 3 month now and no resolution

Boston's Gourmet Pizza & Pasta - Long Beach, CA. <br> Being a vegetarian, and choosing a 'Zorba-the-Greek' Pizza from their 'Vegetarian Pizza' section of their menu, a pizza with 'Sausage' was served. The manager while agreeing to correct the order, replace it AND remove this charge from our bill 'forgot' to do so and later (at payment time) apologized and preferred to comp us 'dessert' or remove the charge (again). Also, the ceiling fans in the patio were on full blast on a cool SoCal evening. Despite 'three' separate requests to shut them off, this didn't actually happen until our dinner was almost at end. An unfortunately 'disappointing' dining experience on what was truly intended to be a 'memorable' one!

Very dodgy company. I made about 100 sales over a one year period. Two items didnt go thru with the buyer and resulted in a credit on my account. Its been 3 months and they still wont give me a refund. Have filed in small claims court. They dont respond until you take legal action. <br> <br> I also have 6 email accounts. I only get phishing emails to my Ebay email. The email that I only use for Ebay. They have zero security and do nothing to protect our privacy. Sadly there is not much choice out there.

E-Opinion on Two Men and a Truck Was AWFUL

I would not recommend Two Men and a Truck to my worst enemy. They had a truck full of my belongings and did a grab and drop. There was damage to my furniture. They left things on all three floors of my house and garage and they left it everywhere but where it was supposed to be. I moved .6 of a mile and they lost a box of glassware and crystal. They left a mess at the start point and an even bigger mess and the end point. If you need movers, call professionals!

Customer Service is pathetic. I had a shipping problem, which was a problem with their website, that took FOUR DAYS to resolve. This problem, if it had been handled with a call would have taken minutes to fix. But they feel EMAIL is the most effective way to deal with problems! Considering it took about a day to respond to each email, I think this is a joke. They're just too cheap to pay for phone service and customer service reps. And after losing sales for over a week, they refuse to refund any fees, even though they amounted to about $5.00. I will never deal with them again.

I ordered a product to be shipped 2 day air and paid an additional $68.00 to receive it in 2 business days. YourWarehouseDirect.com shipped the product 3 day later. I needed that product on time and when I went to complain to the Customer Service rep. at YourWarehouseDirect.com, I was told that if returned the product YourWarehouse Direct.com was going to charge me a 25% restocking fee and still charge me for the 2 Day Air Freight. If I knew that <br> YourWarehouseDirect.com was going to play games with shipping, I never would have done business with them. Learn from my ABUSE!

Vast variety of items on sale. <br> Paypal buyer protection is a fraud. <br> Not only does the buyer get ripped off by the seller in a bad transaction, but also by Paypal who offers buyer protection at a price (it may now be offered as a default for low price items). Never got my item from seller or my purchased paypal buyer protection. <br> <br> ebay has a huge selection at sometime great prices, but the transactions are very risky! even reputable sellers will occassionally cheat buyers escaping bad reviews by threatening to give the buyer a bad review in retribution. <br> <br> my statistics has been that about half the unestblished sellers are fraudulent and that about 20% of the reputable sellers (according the user reviews) will not honor the transaction or not discribe the item accurately. <br> <br> i still make most purchases from local stores. <br>

eBay junked my inbox in less than twenty minutes. I'm not sure to whom they sold my name, but my mailbox was trashed within one third of an hour. <br> <br> I don't care to conduct business with eBay. <br> <br> I've liked Epinions for awhile, but now that they've been acquired by eBay, I may gradually shy away from Epinions. <br> <br> After all, I'm afraid eBay will acquire my new email address via Epinions and spam me to no end. <br> <br> I don't trust eBay will use Epinions toward mutual benefit of all parties involved. <br> <br> The end.

I PURCHASE MY PIONEER FLAT SCREEN TV FROM PLASMA HOUSE.COM,ON 8/06 STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS AROUND 8/07, I FOUND OUT LATER THEY ARE NOT A PIONEER AUTHORIZED DEALER AS THEY STATED. I PURCHASED A THREE YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY, WHICH THEY DO NOT HONOR. ALL I HAVE GOTTEN IS THE RUN AROUND.I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM PLASMA HOUSE.COM. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

Ebay "Claims" Does not Pay

Awful! My seller sent me an incomplete item and then agreed to refund money to buy the missing parts. Seller never reimbursed me. Both Paypall and Ebay kept asking for more information. Each time I sent something, they asked for even more. By the fact that they never asked for the full set of things up front, I get the distinct feeling this is a run around and that most people just give up. There appears to be no real buyer protection. After my first experience with Ebay claims, I am switching over to using craigslist.org.
