Etronics has been a well known store since its begining as Camcorders.net. Good prices, but when it comes to Back order or Service,! DO NOT BOTHER! they do not know nothing about after sale service or service policy. I have bougth many times at etronics, I always got what I Bouth but every single time I receive a BO Note, the pain starts. IF you use the 1-800 number, have a book with you so you can reald at least 45 minutes or more, if you send a mail, do not use a book, goto the video store and rent enough films for the week, you may never receive an answer. so think it twice if is not in stock
