don't ever shop at this store

I ordered a watch 1-2 days shipping, they immediately charged my credit card. Ten days later the watch had not been shipped. Then I read these reviews. So I tried to contact them by email (guaranteed 5 hr response) 3 days later no response. I tried to phone from Canada all I could get is a voice mail box. Don't ever shop at this place. I am talking to the credit card company now.

Fraudulent company!

Ordered a keyboard about a year ago. Paid for it but NEVER RECEIVED ITEM. In fact it never got shipped!!! Then site went offline for several months! Same site is now back! Enjoy my $$ you crooks! :-(( BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I would not refer anyone to Etronics. They don't even have a phone number where you can contact them and they didn't even answer my emails. My product didn't work and all I want is to exchange or refund and can't get a response. Don't buy from them.

I ordered an item shorty after Christmas. The order was processed quickly and was to ship in 1-2 business days. I waited and waited. 10 days later I call to see why I hadn't received notification that it had been shipped. I'm told that it's a backlog from the holidays, my item will be shipped out the next day. 3 days later I finally get a notification that the item was out of stock and unavailable. So it's 14 days later and now they tell me they don't have it. They didn't have a problem charging my credit card right away. Now they still haven't refunded my card and it's nearly a week since they said they'd refund me. I will never shop there again. I will pay more to shop elsewhere.

I purchased a pair of Sony headphones (tiny ones that look like earplugs) on August 2nd. When I purchased them, the item was "in stock".

Credit card processing was instant.
<br>
My order went immediately into "order initiated" status ... and there it stayed for 3 WEEKS!!
<br>
After multiple emails using the online form and several nonsensical answers that replied by simply restating my question ... my status finally got changed to "left delivery centre" or something like it. I received an email on 24th August that said 9-12days HOORAY!!. It is now 23rd October .. and still no headphones. I checked the address and it's my work ... so I know that someone is there to take delivery. Comerxia and Etronics have stopped answering my emails .. and I'm getting the forms to stop the credit card payment due to non-delivery. 'nuff said.

They showed an item was " in stock " and " usually ships in 1 - 2 days ". After a week of receiving emails indicating that they were delayed getting the item from the manufacturer I canceled the order. I will never use them again.

lousy, slow, unresponsive

Lousy. No response on phone calls, no response from email. Product listed as in stock and ships in 24 hours. 10 days later still had not shipped. I unsuccessfully tried to contact them for two days. 15 minutes after I cancelled the order on-line I get a call from them asking why I cancelled and that the order is ready to ship. Not worth it, found better price elsewhere even throwing in the cost for overnight shipping.

I decided to give them a try and will never use them again. Customer support is horrible, communication is almost nil. I had to email them to see if my order was going to ship and only at that time, they told me the item I wanted was discontinued from the manufacturer. This happened with TWO other replacement choices I made and it is over a week now and still no product in my hands. BUYER BEWARE...read the other ratings. 1st page of rating alone has more bad ratings than good!!

Dont buy if you plan on returning.. Restocking fees, deductions for 'free gifts' and shipping costs make returning an item cost you more in the end than what you paid for it.

Ordered in-stock items on March 16, They billed and split shipped after telling me they wouldn't do so without customer request. Remaining items still not delivered and were finally canceled on April 24.

The very worst online store I have ever worked with. They lied about the availability, they substituted another item (one vacuum for another), told me it would be here in 3-7 days "direct from the supplier," then sent me an email that it was on backorder indefinitely.

The product I ordered, which was shipped from and to the United States, included a European AC adapter. When I asked for a United States adapter they told me I was out of luck.

BUYERS BEWARE! Products listed as available and in stock are falsely advertised. I ordered a vacuum cleaner and opted for 2 day delivery because the product was listed as in stock, and the vacuum was to be a gift. On the third day, the vacuum had not been received so I notified customer service and was told that the item was out of stock. I requested that they cancel my order, because the occasion for the gift had now passed. Etronics ignored my request and then deducted the purchase price from my bank account including the fee for 2 day shipping!!!! To date the vacuum cleaner still has not been received and they will not refund my money, saying that it is now too late to cancel. I urge anyone who has had a similar experience with this company to notify the Better Business Bureau.

Great selection, but they can't deliver! Customer service was horrible, lies and incompetence throughout experience. Item was not available, but website said "In Stock, Usually Ships In 1-2 Days." No less than 4 CSR's told me on successive days that it would ship in 1-2 days as the days passed by, and my order sat in the "Processing" purgatory. Then I was told that the purchasing agent wasn't available to confirm availability, then after 10 days had passed I was finally told that it would be "at least 2 weeks" until my order could ship.

Bad experience! Beware, customer satisfaction guarantee is worthless!

Dissatisfied with delivery speed and customer service. Ordered digital camera. Even though web page and shipping invoice clearly stated a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, ETRONICS would not issue a Return Authorization claiming if the box was opened the manufacturer would not honor a return. It took repeated e-mails to get this response, which I did not accept to be truthful. The request for a Return Authorization was the same day the package was received, and all packing materials were intact and essentially undisturbed. BEWARE with ETRONICS, their 30 day satisfaction guarantee is worthless. If you open the box, you have bought the item; and no Return Authorization will be given!!!
