It was a really enjoyable experience for me to buy FZ-10k digital camera at Etronics.com. When I tried to compare the price among several shops that had FZ-10, I would say Etronics was not offering the lowest price. However, after I read the customers' reviews on Etronics.com, I came to believe this shop was the best one for me. <br> As expected, Etronics never disappointed me. Only 5 hours after I placed an order, I got an email w/ tracking#, saying that my purchase was already shipped. <br> I would like to recommend this shop strongly!!!

The sales people at Etronics were outstanding and a joy to deal with. The shipping was very very fast and the supplied tracking information made the wait seem even shorter. I had some dealings with the support people and they were helpful and kind over and above what was necessary. I will definately be doing business with Etronics again in the future.

Etronics has been a long time primary source of mine for all my electronic needs. Over the last three years or so, I have found their prices to be the most competitive, their selection to be very good and they always keep their word in the service area. They ship promptly with factory sealed merchandise and the one time I decided I wasn't happy with a receiver, they took it back with no hassles. Now how can you beat a combination like that?

I placed an order by telephone after noon. A few hours later I received conformation of the order by email with a list of the items ordered. That evening an email arrived stating the order was shipped. The service was excellent.

I was having problems is finding an indoor antenna that would give me good reception in my family room. I tried a couple of Terk antennas per the guys at Circuit City but they just weren't doing the job. I then contacted Etronics and their Tech Support person told me to try the FM-50 antenna. He said it should do the trick and boy was he right! My reception is now fantastic. It was delivered on time and no assembly required. I just wish I would have contacted Etronics in the first place. Their prices and service can't be beat! I can't wait until my next electronic purchase. <br>

Shopping for a shelf system and came across Etronics. There selection far surpassed the other sites I visited, and the prices were certainly comparable. The order process was user friendly, the communications were quick and informative, the site is easily navigated, and the package was EXACTLY described on their site. I tracked the package when they sent my "your order has been shipped" email. Then I figured it would be a few days before I needed to track it again...but it arrived before I had a chance. This is my first (but certainly not last) experience with Etronics, so I can't comment on return policies. Complete Satisfaction...Thanks Etronics!!!

Ordered item in the AM was shipped out in the PM on the same day - Fast Service. I thought the shipping cost for ground shipping was a little high. Etronics was the cheapest site I found the item I was looking for. Would probably shop at this site again.

I found Etronics through surfing the web looking for a specific item. The item I was looking for was 42% less expensive from the highest priced web retailer and 18% less expensive than the lowest competitor's price. Although Etronics had a bargain basement price, the product arrived in mint condition and right on time.

Not only was the price for this item (Sony CDP-CE375 5-disc CD changer) better than I found at Amazon.com, Circuit City, or even Kmart, but the expense to ship it right to me STILL beat all of the others! I was worried it wouldn't arrive on time (for Xmas), but arrived exactly one week after ordering from across the country! Was carefully packed (Sony box, PLUS styrofoam peanuts and another box to protect that!) too. This was definitely a good experience for me!
