I am sorry but I ordered parts from two differnt suppliers on the same day as I did with EBatt and I have recieved both orders over 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting for the order from EBatts. They even pushed the ship date ahead 8 days from the order confirmed date. I do hope the batteries arnt out of warrenty before I get them!

I had to return the product, as it wasn't compatible with my camera. I couldn't get a hold of anyone, and no one called me back - wanted to see if I needed to follow a particular process for the return. I returned the battery, and crossing my fingers they refund my credit card.
