Color Cartridge will not print. Every time that I call, I get put on "Hold" for a long period of time, then I just hang up frustrated.

When I open the product -- the plastic black bag was already ripped open and the tab was pulled to release the toner. I want to give IJSS benefit of the doubt, so I installed the toner cartridge and tested. The print came out with extra toner on the paper which caused it to shadowed very badly. Re-installed the old toner cartridge and no extra toner or shadowing. I thought I was getting a new product however, I believe I received an RMA by mistake. But that's not a good way to start off with a new customer. Unfortunately, I could not want any longer and had no choice but to purchase a HP Toner Cartridge from my local Staples Store.

To be honest, I might consider shopping with this merchant again. However, I was concerned that the color quality did not quite match that of the actual HP Ink Cartridges that are not remanufactured. I plan to look into this service a little more through some alternative companies, but if this turns out to be the best deal, I would certainly reorder.

Easy and economical. Cartridge didn't work as good as original manufacturer equipment. Not sure if I will order again. I'll have to see how long it lasts compared to the original cartridge that came with the unit.
