After I placed the order on Wednesday I received an email that the item was out of stock and would be shipped on Friday? It was not identified as out of stock when I placed the order. When I emailed to cancel my order MegaGPS apologized and agreed to ship it to me 2 day shipping at no additional cost. It was shipped on Friday and I received the item promptly. I was very pleased with their response in resolving the issue.

I have made some orders several months ago without any problem. Now when I order with the same information given before and same credit card, the order was declined saying they cannot ship to my address!
Therefore, I cancelled my order and went to Amazon.com

The Garmin came in excellent condition. It was a few days late as it was out of stock after I made the order. The price was reasonable considering the competition.. I only found a couple of businesses that offered lower prices but they did not have a long term business so I didn't order from them.
