All in all is was a reat experience

I bought this battery a couple months ago to replace my old cordless phone battery. The 1st battery I had gotten was defective. I contacted the Customer service dept at the company and they sent me out another battery right away. They were a little hard to get ahold of because I failed to read their business hours on the site. But once I called during their business hours, I got ahold of someone right away. Needless to say, I think they are a good company all in all. I will be buying from them in the near future, and have indeed recommended them to my friends

totally unacceptable and unprofessional

I tried to order from this company, but they obviously don't want anyone's business. I created the order on 15-Dec. They never charged my card, my order status always said "approved" and after sending 3 e-mails requesting the status of my order and getting no reply, I cancelled the order on 3-Jan.

I did try to call, but got a dopey recording.

I wouldn't have minded a reply of "we can't deliver", but I got absolutely no response.

This outfit is awful...took them nearly 3 weeks to inform me that the "in stock" batteries were backordered...made repeated calls and e-mails and got no response...wish I had read reviews before I ordered...and to think they have my credit card number, now....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT!

terrible experience. Ordered two items...almost a month later and I still haven't received anything. If I do get anything it will be one item only because other was on backorder, but they decided not to notify me of that until I became curious and asked why my order hadn't shipped. I was counting on them for a camcorder battery to videotape an important event...and I told them that. You would think out of interest in good business they would expedite the shipping to get it here in time...but nope, ground service a month later. Awesome, thanks need battery

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME TOO! Same as the other person who wrote a review: I placed a simple order for 2 camcorder batteries in February, inquired about it in May -- they said their boat was stuck at the border in China - ha! For some reason I believed them and re-ordered again in August. It is the end of Sept and I still NEVER RECEIVED MY BATTERIES!!!! Who the heck are these people anyway?!

Horrible experience - never received merchandise!!

I ordered a simple battery for my digital camera on 4/22/07 and the site did not say that it was not in stock. I actually forgot that I ordered the battery since I hadn't needed to use my camera. On 6/21/07, I received an email from customer service that stated that they apologized for the delay in shipping my battery that it was backordered. The email assured me it would be shipped within 72 hours from the date of that email unless I called to cancel the order. Today is 7/8/07 and I went to the site to check and my order is still in "PREPARATION"!!! They still never sent the order. Horrible, horrible customer service. Luckily they never charged my card but what a rediculous experience. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! ALL THE REVIEWS ARE 100% RIGHT ON!
