I called Rainbow appliance on Monday. They gave me a better price than the other 3 places I called the same day, and my new dryer was delivered the next day before lunch! The customer Service rep. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my customer service, price, the fast delivery and it all adds up to a positive experience. I would shop at Rainbow appliance again.

I ordered two refrigerators online on July 2 and when I called a week later to check on delivery, I was told that my order was not processed because the refrigerators are $250 more than the order price and that Rainbow would not honor the online price. Furthermore the refrigerators are not in stock and no sense about delivery.

Excellent shopping experience! The web site was clear and user friendly. I was able to easily find the products that I was looking for. The products descriptions were thorough and detailed, the products images were clear, and the prices were the best I've seen online. Customer service was so helpful and courteous and helped me with all my questions that I had. The order was so easy to place and the delivery came much quicker than I expected. All in all it was a pleasure to purchase from them, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. Great job Rainbow appliance.

I am very disappointed in the service of this company. I ordered a air conditionner one month ago. After calling them to find out where it was they informed me it would be shipped out the next day. The next day i recieved an email asking me to call them. After two phone calls I found out my order was delayed because they did not add enough shipping. They tripled the shipping amount. I know fuel prices have gone up in the last month but not triple the price. I don't recommend this company.

Rainbow has the worst customer support of any internet website. They do not correct problems and refuse to work out issues with customers. I would not recommend them unless you have lots of money to spend in small claims court.

One of the worst experiences ever!

I cancelled my transaction over the phone. Hopefully they had the decency to follow through. I will be checking my bank statement. The worst customer service. I think they have one incompent girl sitting in a little hole with a rotary phone and a pencil. All they gave me was the run around for an item they advertised that they didn't even have in stock. Don't let the low price full you. You get what you pay for. Hopefully I get my money back and they didn't just feed me another line.

This could not have been a worse experience. I ordered a large and expensive wine cellar from them. I got an auto response and nothing for more than two weeks. I called, and all you get is voice mail. Many calls, no call backs. I sent many e mails, no response. When I put in an e mail cancellation they called me to say the item would be in next day. That was two weeks ago and it is now more than 30 days. I have called my credit card and blocked any payment to them. Today I will cancel the order.

Forget the price, this is a local dealer pretending to be an on line operation and you cannot get worse service or response.

not realizing i needed a sleeve for this air conditioner ,i called back to get one ,i was told they diden't have one , do u know where i can get one ,i was told to go on the net and start looking whitch i think was rude of him.i bought it there ,and thought they would of helped me ,very disapointed . the air conditioner that i ordered was a 12'000 and what they sent me was a 11,500 was told they are all that way, i said i dont think so . thank you verry much.

Ordered my dishwasher on a Sunday at noon, it was delivered THE NEXT DAY. Doesn't get any quicker than that! Dishwasher was in perfect condition. I just bought another one from them for my Mother In Law.

Outstanding company to deal with. I purchased a high end Weber grill it was the best price on the web and they had it in stock. It arrived 4 days after I ordered it via Freight carrier (one day earlier than expected). Order was acknowledged, shipped and tracked via website. It arrived in excellent condition. The freight carrier unpacked the box to verify that there was no damage. Placed the grill in our Garage and was very helpful. I would recommend this company to purchase any appliance.
