Although I only shopped online with B&H, and had one question regarding a shipping problem which involved shipping to Thailand (my shipping and billing addresses are different), B&H was very helpful in helping me to determine the correct course of action to take (They suggested I send an e-mail listing the items I wanted and they would expedite the shipment but I had the camera shipped to my US address and my daughter will ship it to me when it arrives), but I am very pleased with the rapid response I received to my question. My order was processed on Friday May 2nd and shipped on May 5th, the next business day. I received an e-mail informing me exactly when my order was shipped and that it will be received on May 9th. The whole shopping experience with B&H was a very pleasant one and I wish I could thank the people involved personally. I would definitely shop at B&H again. Thank you again B&H, Richard J Swazey

Several weeks ago I purchased a Film and Slide scanner from B&H. I kept it for a few days trying to get it to work. Installing the scanner on a couple of different computers, to no avail. There was something wrong with the firmware on the scanner. <br> I called and asked for a return authorization number and was promptly issued one. <br> My account has been credited and my money returned. This type of service is very hard to find and I will go to B&H again to for any future purchases of electronic equipment.

Ordered a Pioneer 25CD changer from VANNS in Montana with free shipping. It took a while to get to Fall River, MA and arrived in original box but would not work. Sent e-mail requesting RMA and received a free shippng label within 48 hours. Tried B&H Photo, paying five dollars more plus another 15 for shipping for the same Pioneer unit. Sent internet order on Sunday morning and opened the box on Tuesday noon next - that's fast. The the unit was in unopened box but also damaged and non-functioning. Followed directions to get an RMA via e-mail but never heard from them. Not cool. Finally called the day before they closed for a one-week spring vacation, got through in less than 10 minutes, courteous and able clerk gave me the RMA. But paying shipping both ways cost me about a third more than with VANNS and still no CD changer.

My wife surprised me and ordered the Nikon D300 DSLR camera w/18-200mm DX lens in mid February for $2,449.95 + $22.75 shipping. <br> <br> Over the weekend (Apr-06-08) B&H dropped the price $2099.95 after $300 instant rebate. My wife called them this morning (04-07-08) expecting B&H to honor price adjustment considering the price dropped $350 within weeks of our initial order. No such luck! Not even store credit! <br> <br> Our experiences with other major online retailers have honored price adjustments accordingly. This was the first time we ordered from B&H (based on family friends&#146 recommendation). Don&#146t use the UPS Ground shipping method the box arrived battle damaged. In future we&#146ll think twice about ordering from B&H. <br> <br> BTW &#150 I checked the price on their website this evening (as I&#146m writing this blurb) the price is now $2,239.95 (after $300 rebate) though it&#146s still a $210 difference! <br> <br>

I ordered an Epson 2400 series from B&W Photo which was charged to my credit card to the sum of aprox. 700$ as agreed upon. What i got in the mail on 4-17-08 was the Epson 1900 series which is not what i wanted and lists for about 200$ cheaper. Now i have to repack it and send it back from FLA to <br> NY and hopefully get the right printer back. <br> I could have drove 30miles and picked this printer up myself <br> but was trying to conserve energy. You know,"go green". <br> The energy from me and the plane that has to fly this printer <br> to and fro will certainly leave a footprint:0 <br> I am seriously thinking of just sending the damn thing back <br> and going with the former plan instead of the latter. <br> People make mistakes, but i really needed that printer NOW! <br> Unhappy customer in FL.
