I RECEIVE EXCELLENT SERVICE 99% OF THE TIME. LIKE OTHER BUSINESSES, WHEN YOU ARE SENDING THEM A TEXT MESSAGE, IT IS USUALLY SLOW. SO, I GUESS I PREFER TALKING TO SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE WHEN IT COMES TO CRUTCHFIELD. I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING WITH THEM FOR YEARS AND THE DELIVERY HAS ALWAYS BEEN FAST, AS WELL AS THEM PICKING UP A RETURNED PACKAGE. THANK YOU!!!
