TERRIBLE

Tapestock online was the WORST company I have ever ordered from. They "accidentally" sent me yellow toner instead of black toner and I was not able to return it for 3 weeks because of the delay in receiving a pre-paid shipping label. I finally returned the toner and it has been over a month since my product was returned to the company. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. NEVER order from tapestock online. NEVER.

Cheaper does not mean better

As an Air Force officer, I value integrity, both in the people and the companies I deal with. I was greatly disappointed in this one. I found their website and decided to order through them to save a couple of bucks. When I placed the order, the sales girl verified that the HI-8 head cleaner was in stock and at the latest, would go out the next day. I was fine with that. I got a call the next evening telling me that the item was on back order and has been for some time with no firm date of having it in stock. Still can’t get an answer as to why I was told one thing originally. Supposedly they will upgrade the shipping to overnight if/when it comes in. We will see. If you view their testimonials on their website, they are all fairly favorable. According to the sales girl, the manager has the final say on what gets displayed. What a surprise. Would I shop here again? Probably not. Not unless I know WELL in advance, what I would need, but how often does that happen? Definitely buyer beware!

wide selection, exceptional prices, fast delivery- all you could want

Found them online and ordered DV tapes. Prices are exceptionally low. (Locally I would have to pay about $7 per tape. At TapeStock I paid $2.50 per tape) Shipping charges were reasonable, but sometimes there is a promotional code you can find to get free shipping. Although I didn't get an email regarding shipping tracking information like they said, instead the tapes arrived fed-ex two days later despite delivery cross country! I will be telling friends and family about this merchant. recommended without reservation
