MTX has redesigned all 15 models from the ground up to incorporate the latest technologies including the renowned Xtant Technologies thermal management system. The unparalleled and unduplicated Xtant Technology Cooling (XTC) thermal-regulated turbo-charged inter cooler is incorporated into these new amplifiers to make them even more efficient than ever before. Controlled by the amplifier's output load and temperature of the heatsink and transformers, this intelligently designed internal thermal management system strategically supplies fan force cool air evenly and constantly throughout all primary and secondary devices. The addition of this technology to the new Thunder amplifiers serves to maximize the performance of the amplifier at all volume levels. The amplifier still contains all of the proprietary MTX technologies and design but has borrowed a little wisdom to make it even cooler.
