The eton ESP2100 is a full-featured, portable digital weather receiver and radio. Equipped with powerful PLL synthesized tuner, this radio receives AM/FM bands as well as all 7 channels broadcast by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association (NOAA). These channels broadcast weather forecasts, weather alerts, storm warnings, and travel conditions for the entire country 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The ESP2100 takes these broadcasts a step further by utilizing Specific Area Message Encoding (S.A.M.E.) technology, which allows you to specify and receive only the NOAA alerts that relate to your designated county or zone, rather than for an entire regional or national broadcast area. With the ESP2100 you can monitor alerts for up to nine counties without being disturbed with alerts for other regions. Additional safety features include an alert indicator (audio and visual), thermometer, and calendar. Minimize

Not worth your time or money

Pros: Decent FM.

Cons: Poor/no NOAA reception. Bad manual.
