Pros: The Headphones work great, they block out most noise and are very comfortable
Cons: Cheaply made, all eight of the Headphones broke one way or another, for 300 bucks?

The Bose quiet comfort work great, they block out ambient noises to create a comfortable atmosphere no matter where you are. They can be plugged into a portable device making music crisp and enjoyable. But and a big but, the quality of the way they are constructed lacks considerably. Eight employees in my shop bought a pair, everybody loved them, BUT after a while they all started to break, the swivel attaching the ear phones broke off, one side would short out, the cord which is a thin gauge wire easily crackled and failed. |I must add, they were not abused or misused either. Bose did honor the year Warranty, most the guys in the shop sent them back in to get a new pair, only receive a pair just as cheaply made, later to once again become faulty. Overall they work wonderfully but they're cheaply made, Bose should have invested more money in quality control than advertising.
