Pros: Sound quality, style, noise blocking
Cons: Cheap hardware, unreasonable price
Review: I gave this an extensive demo at the Bose store in St Louis. I was impressed with the clean highs. The bottom end was a bit weak but the exceptionally clean reproduction throughout the rest of the sound spectrum made up for it. They also do an ...

Pros: Overall sound quality...comfort
Cons: Durability!!!
Review: Sound quality is good but poor durability. I was simply removing them from their bag and the speakers both snapped off the headpiece. Very ...

Pros: Great sound, bass, and comfort
Cons: No volume control, fragile plastic headpiece
Review: I bought these to listen to my computer audio when my family is sleeping. I had purchased a Sennheiser SX-200 pair for $30, and found them uncomfortable over long periods and weak in bass. I decided to lay out the $150 for these, which I had tried at ...

Pros: Excellent Sound. Lightweight. Fits perfectly. Nice looking.
Cons: Headband breaks if you look at it funny.
The Bottom Line: Buy them for the sound, but have your tape ready.
Review: The sound with the Bose triport is wonderful! Clear highs, low lows. I had them less than 1 week and the headband came apart. No problem, they're adjustable. However, two little clips fell out and now the headband won't stay together. Now, I'm a phar ...

Pros: Good sound quality. Nice carrying pouch. Nice extension cord and adapter.
Cons: Cheaper, lightweight and somewhat fragile design.
The Bottom Line: Buy these only if you plan to use them for portable devices. If you mainly plan to use them for home use, look elsewhere.
Review: I'd been thinking of getting a pair of quality headphones for a while. Last night I went to my local Best Buy and got these. I spent $150, which to me, is a lot for headphones. I had very high expectations, to say the least... I got them home and pl ...

Pros: Lightweight, Nice Looking, Sounds Decent.
Cons: Price, Cheaply Made, Flat Sound, No Bass
The Bottom Line: Might wanna look elsewhere!
Review: I am a Bose fan. I have an acoustimass 5 setup with the center channel and the 161 surrounds along with the mediamate computer speakers. When these headphones came out I looked at the pair I was using and then thought to myself "while these do work...

Pros: Great style, comfortable, isolate some sounds
Cons: Questionable build quality, distorted/bassy sound, not a very good value, utterly trounced by lesser-known-brand headphones
The Bottom Line: If you value style and bass-emphasized sound over all else, spend away...if you can sacrifice those, there are better options.
Review: I have to give a disclaimer: I don't actually own a Triport, but I've listened to them extensively through friends, store fronts, etc. Therefore, I'm a little qualified to say that these headphones are good...to an extent. Let me explain. Bose has ...

Pros: Fit and finish, sturdy, sound is OK
Cons: Price to quality ratio is too high. Lousy cord. Made in China
The Bottom Line: Try to listen to several other brands first. There may be something more pleasing for similar or less money.
Review: I bought these a few months ago. They sound OK, but I'm not overly impressed with them. They have a good feel to them, and the pads are nice and soft. The sound though leaves something to be desired, I feel. I consider myself a Hi-Fi nut, and own and ...

Pros: Extremely light, very comfortable, very open and wide soundstage.
Cons: A huge loss of dynamics. Doesn't like high volumes.
The Bottom Line: If you get a deal, try it out. Otherwise, give your money to Sennheiser or Sony.
Review: I listened to these at the Bose store and was impressed with the way they sounded. A very open soundfield, I guess, is what grabbed me. I bought them the next day at Best Buy and headed home to side-by-side them with my reference Sony 700's. While the ...

Pros: Superior to any earbud or open ear headphone that's available.
Cons: The warranty extension on these things is $99. That's absurd.
Review: I bought two things last Saturday: My Bose Triports and a new vacuum cleaner. I bought the Triports because I wanted really good sound at the gym and these offered me light weight with an ear cup that drowns out the extraneous noise of all the other ...
