Worked right out of the box using the install wizard. That took about 2 minutes, then I set up the security which took a few more minutes. I'm new to wireless so I didn't what to expect. If I knew it was this easy, I would have done it a year ago. The unit is in my basement, and I get excellent strength in my second floor bedroom.
