Pros: Fast & Clear 3G Network Access, Sleek Form Factor, Great Universal Device, etc.
Cons: Keypad Requires Some Getting Used To, Daylight Savings Time Glitch, No Included Belt Pouch/Earpiece, etc.
The Bottom Line: This is a very strong, suitable, easy to use, and feature packed PDA/SmartPhone for someone wanting to organize their life into one small/sleek device.

Pros: Small size, internet speed, expandable memory, Direct-Push from Exchange. Rugged and reliable.
Cons: Number keypad needs getting used to, 3G internet uses up batteries.
The Bottom Line: Great phone, I love it. If you have Windows XP or Vista, this phone should be on your short list.

Pros: Strong Bluetooth, loud, handles calls well and is a serviceable all-in-one device
Cons: Idiotic keypad, unacceptable battery life, nearly impossible to update
The Bottom Line: A serviceable all-in-one device with good sound, good Bluetooth, and enough space on a 2gb micro SD card to cover a long flight.

Pros: Size, keyboard, functionality, bluetooth, extended battery, texting, web surfing.
Cons: Price - why not free with a 2 year contract? MicroSD is too tiny
The Bottom Line: I would buy the newest version. Sophisticated and very useful. No troubles for 6 months.

Pros: Good reception, serviceable keyboard, strong Bluetooth, thin, fast Internet, decent all-in-one device
Cons: battery life, unreliable date and time updates, hard to turn off reminder alerts
The Bottom Line: I would give the phone an above average rating but for the calendar issues. Check out the Blackjack II first.

Pros: Bright screen, VERY fast internet, thin form factor.
Cons: A few REALLY annoying design limitations.
The Bottom Line: While the phone has a few annoying design limitations, its thin form-factor and fast data rate make it a decent buy.

Pros: Email accounts, size, decent battery life.
Cons: Buttons for numbers should be a better contrast than gray.
The Bottom Line: If you carry it in your pocket and can't afford the iPhone, this is a decent option.
