A little Genezi brother, a big sound shelf

Pros: Compact speakers and unit Ease of use Bigger volume knob Well distributed controls
Cons: Tape not controlled by remote Manual eq missing Only 1.5m of wire speakers

The bottom line: If you're somewhat bill limited and want a good sound system, just try this model, even if has or not a tape deck, but choose the silver-black speakers

I just saw several models of Sony and I decided to give a try, mine has tape deck and the speakers are black on the middle vertically (like the unit), so that the horn tweeter, air vents and surrounding woofer are black (looks better than the silver only). I just worried about that has 65w per channel, but develops somewhat than a 100w system, not noticeable distortion at max volume, even playing reggaeton songs at dsgx and rock enabled. Although the tape controls are mechanic but the heads are perfectly aligned, so that all tapes sounds excellent even if were recorded on several decks. The cd's don't experiment jumps and loops so frequently like other players. The radio is very sensitive and the stations sounds very good, also the am band sounds good. The aux port connects all kinds of line outputs just through an adapter. When I listen normally I put the DSGX and flat eq, when I wanna to get a party I'll put the DSGX and rock eq.
I Just connect my sony mp3, aiwa turntable, philips tv, I exchange them just changing the plug
Just the shame that can't save more than 20 fm stations, here in city I capture 46
