Good Sound, Slightly Pricey, Comfortable
Pros: Great Sound, Comfortable, Loud, Small
Cons: Hard To Fit, Pricey For Some People Full review Canalphones are the latest in hi-fi sound -- great sound quality in a small size. And that pretty much sums up the E2C by Shure in one sentence. Great sound quality in a small size. There's plenty of bass for me, the mids are completely flat, and the treble is good but slightly rolled off. No, not the best canalphones you can buy, but it is one of the best under $100. Also, these are comfortable, even though they are hard to fit in my ear. And $100 MSRP is a bit pricey for some people, but for the most part it is worth it if you want something that blows away your Apple earbuds. Also they are loud enoguh to power most portable electronics. Overall, although pricey, the E2C has decent sound and are comfortable to wear, and are a "must have" for audiophiles with iPods or what not. |
