Pros W i d e soundstage, well defined bass, transparent treble, and COMFY!
Cons Bass lacking for people who favor pounding bass, treble harsh at times, fragile feeling...

I thought I was in heaven when I bough my MDR-XD200 's awhile back. With them, I got good treble and VERY nice bass compared to the last headphones I had before them. Move a couple years later, and being a little more wiser about music/sound in general, I was ready to move onto more 'grownup'... Read full review »

Cons Sound is marginally acceptable, cancellation not very effective, overpriced

The Audio-Technica ATH-ANC3 Headphones (actually, they are earphones) are....just ok.  Not bad, but not anything more than a simple ok.
