Pros Small and lightweight focus/zoom features lighting options REMOTE!!

Cons This is the only CON, it's extremely loud!

Just purchased this camcorder 3/22/06 and finally fired it up last night. The cam is great in size and weight, very form fitting for the hands, but takes a while to get used to. Both record mode and play mode have their own sets of menu options which makes it confusing (at least it did for me)... Read full review »

Pros It is inexpensive for a professional camera. It works like a charm.

Cons My camera didn't come with any accessories and that would be nice.

The Canon XH-A1 is an excellent choice. I bought as a new videographer and have enjoyed it ever since. It has worked without fail and provided great footage for all of my needs.
