Pros Great concept! Extremely user-friendly. Powerful zoom. Extra features.
Cons EXPENSIVE! Video quality is questionable. 16:9 files stretched back to 4:3 when played.
Recommended it? Yes

It took me several months of waiting for a good deal on some new technology. I heard enough stories about miniDV, DVD etc. from friends and I think those cameras are not really user-friendly and convenient... I bought the ATC-2K when it first came out. Been using it for a few months now.

The feature I like best is that it's so compact and there are no wires. With the other helmet cam setups I had wires pulling my head and sometimes getting caught up, not to mention a camcorder in my rucksack!... Read full review »
