The basic design is the same as the Magellan RoadMate 800, but with added features such as live traffic and text-to-speech. Instead of saying "Turn right in 500 feet," the new RoadMate 860T will say "Turn right on Mulberry Lane," ensuring that you don't miss a step on the road. The RoadMate 860T at Tiger GPS also comes with a traffic receiver, letting you view live traffic conditions right on the screen. When the unit finally works, it is accurate and very clear with directions!

Will not consistently set correctly, takes a while to acquire satellite signals!

Well, I have written my review of the Tom Tom GPS unit, which I felt was easy to operate and offered a very clear screen! Now, I move on to the Magellan 700 to compare it to the Tom Tom, and what a shock! I had nothing but trouble with the 700!
