Nikon 17-35mm f/2.8 Must Be the Greatest Wide-Angle Lens!

bypaulphoto Feb 6, 2003

Pros Superb optics, solid built, super-fast AF and super-quiet operation
Cons Expensive price tag may be the one and only objection in this lens
Recommended it? Yes

Pros very well built and useful lens with fast aperture and great viewing angle
Cons heavy and not cheap, but we cant have everything
Recommended it? Yes

It is a good midrange lens and is available at good price point. It is best suited for Nikon digicams. This lens does not have an aperture ring, which makes its design very compact. This point works in its favor. This lens is particularly good for low light shooting. Read full review »
