Pros Price; sound is clear; display is easy to read; battery life is good; voice recognition.

I bought the Samsung A645 two years ago for less than $100 as part of the Pay As You Go kit from Telus (in Canada). I just wanted a basic phone for occasional phone calls and emergencies, and I didn't want to spend a lot of money.

Pros Ease of use, great video and camera, durability.
Cons Too easy to hit a button launching web browser, plug covers are tedious to remove.
