This system is great for use in smaller rooms or dorms. It has more than enough power to fill the listening area with quality audio. Because the satellite speakers are so small the upward facing sound port on the sub is partly used to provide some punch in the midrange so where you place the sub is...

the sony bdv is magnificant. i absolutely love these speakers as they sound alot like the ones in the movies. they weren't that hard to set up and the midrange are great. the sound are accurate and bass is deep and clear. totally recomended.
