Pros Very flexible interface and maximum flexibility in programming the remote
Cons Software support so bad it cripples the product.
Recommended it? No

URC, the manufacturer, does not allow users to download software updates more recent than May 2007, unless the software is obtained from an "authorised" dealer. I purchased my remote on eBay. Obtaining a new or used remote from another user prevents you from obtaining the updated software and more... Read full review »

Pros Easy to Use, Great Design, Intuitive
Cons Overpriced, Difficult Setup, Limited Text Space

I wanted to hide all of my equipment yet still be able to control all features and functions. In addition, it needed to be easy for my wife and visitors to operate without an instructions manual. So I needed a remote that supported RF (radio) mode and did not require direct line of site.
