Pros Quick turn around on repairs. Of course it continues to break.
Cons Worthless warrenty. Will not replace machine after 4 incomplete repairs.
Recommended it? No

Machine has broken for the fifth time since its purchase in July 2007.They refuse to replace machine dispite stating they usually do so at the 3rd break down. fourth repair was incomplete; now they want me to give them a $75 credit for them to send me a replacement part for me to put in.
