Pros Small design, lightweight, good price, easy to use, acceptable quality
Cons Poor quality in low light environments, no viewfinder lcd screen only, some unusable shots

Thanks to the wonderful folks at Epinions.com I now have a DXG-308 3.0 Mega pixels digital camera. I wasn't expecting such an elaborate gift as a Christmas bonus but I am very appreciative. So my gift to Epinions.com is writing a review on the camera!

Pros Small, accepts AA NiMH, often with waterproof housing, kids can take INTO the beach!
Cons Long "shutter" delay, long recovery time between shots, controls limited in...

Even though the DXG-308 is a bit dated, it can be found on special at some stores such as CompUSA for under $75 with the underwater housing. I've had this since just before Christmas 2005 and am surprised at how well some photos come out. There are a fair number of shots that the exposure control... Read full review »
